Retail Assistant

We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants at Brisbane Central Station.

Typical shifts for this role are (10-15 hours per week), afternoons from Monday - Friday and Saturday day although can vary.

As a Retail Assistant you'll store you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Retail Assistant is all about:

• Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.

What our Stores would love to see:

• A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience cash handling.
• Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
• Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lotto experience would be preferred.
