About the role
Synwin Music is a premier specialist in fine stringed instruments. We are looking for an outgoing, people-oriented individual to join our team at our Marina Square showroom. No prior retail experience is required—we provide full on-the-job training.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and guide parents, students, and musicians at our Marina Square showroom
- Travel to our Ubi office when needed to assist with e-commerce packing and inventory
- Keep the retail floor organized, neat, and visually appealing
- Learn to safely handle, tune, and showcase violins, cellos, guitars and other stringed instruments
About you
- Sociable and outgoing with a friendly and confident demeanor
- Genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Comfortable working across both locations depending on the weekly schedule
- A passion for music or basic knowledge of stringed instruments is advantageous
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
