About the role

We are seeking a dynamic team member to support our sales operations across product management, sales, and customer service. Key responsibilities

Operation:

• Product photo-taking
• Manage Website and Social Media/Marketplaces Listing
• Receival, checking, and labeling of new consignment items
• Display management
• Arrange product delivery
• Stock Count and Management
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom

Customer Services:

• Manning the showroom and assisting clients during viewing & consignment appointments
• Closing sales and involve in marketing/content creation

About you

• Interest in Luxury/Branded Goods
• Previous experience in retail operation, or a similar role, is a plus
• Approachability and friendliness are a must since we are in the service industry
• Excellent photography and videography skills (as a plus)
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work independently
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5 Working Days)
• Planning to work long term
