Retail Assistant

Interacting directly with customers in person to comprehend their preferences and requirements concerning software products. - Elucidating and documenting customers' specifications for the Company's retail projects. Articulating customer needs and feedback to the software development team. - Collaborating closely with the software development team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and deliver exceptional results. - Assisting the software development team in providing recommendations to customers to enhance product quality and overall customer experience.

Salary: Up To 30M. - Package: at least 13 months/ year. Experience in participating in distributor selection processes would be considered an advantage. - Proficiency in thinking critically and analyzing data effectively. - Strong communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly. - Familiarity and adaptability with using high-tech products. - Proficiency in Japanese communication and reading comprehension at JLPT N2 level or equivalent.
