You’ll gain practical experience across direct customer acquisition, floor promotions, sales presentation, and retail brand activation while developing the professional skills needed for your next career move.

No previous sales or retail experience is required. We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support, you bring the curiosity and ambition.

Get Involved From Day One

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Support active retail pop-ups, brand displays, and customer acquisition campaigns across Manchester
• Interact face-to-face with prospective buyers to present client offerings and drive account sign-ups
• Assist with retail store presentation, product displays, and brand standards
• Help gather customer feedback and track retail sales conversion insights
• Support daily team briefings, target setting, and pitch strategy workshops
• Contribute creative ideas and learn practical floor sales tactics
• Maintain professional brand presentation standards in high-footfall retail locations
• Develop high-value communication, negotiation, and commercial sales skills

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a retail or sales background. You might be a great fit if you’re:

• Curious about retail marketing, consumer sales, and business growth
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with diverse audiences
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to share ideas during team huddles
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your feet during active shifts

• Motivated to learn customer acquisition strategies and build a long-term career

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or reception is helpful but not essential.
