Keep the Store Running Smoothly

We’re looking for a Retail Assistant to support customers and the wider store team throughout the day. You’ll help keep products available, the sales floor organized, and customers supported from the moment they arrive.

It’s a practical, varied role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and getting things done.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with product questions and general requests
• Replenish shelves and maintain product availability
• Organize merchandise and keep displays presentable
• Help receive, move, and organize stock
• Check product labels and pricing
• Support customers during busy periods
• Assist with basic checkout tasks when needed
• Keep sales-floor and customer areas organized
• Report low-stock items or issues to the appropriate team
• Support the team with everyday store responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, particularly in a customer-facing environment. We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, understands professional service standards, and can take responsibility for completing day-to-day retail tasks accurately and efficiently.

You should be organized, reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working toward store and customer service expectations. Training will be provided on company procedures and systems.
