We are launching new client projects across London and bringing on a Retail Assistant to support our interactive promotional displays and event spaces.

What the Role Is About

This post blends face-to-face customer service, product showcase support, and event activation. Working on-site across high-footfall retail venues and branded pop-ups, you will serve as the primary link between major accounts and the local public. You will greet visitors, demonstrate featured services, handle queries, and assist interested customers with on-the-spot promotional registrations.

A Typical Day in the Role

• Join the morning team alignment to review daily campaign targets, client messaging, and venue schedules
• Help set up interactive product displays, promotional banners, and informational literature
• Initiate friendly, natural conversations with visitors to understand their interests
• Present product features and current campaign offers in a clear, straightforward way
• Assist interested individuals through sign-up forms and service enrollments
• Log daily customer feedback and review interaction metrics during afternoon team debriefs

What We Are Looking For

• A clear, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with diverse groups of people
• High attention to detail when completing customer sign-ups and tracking daily logs
• Adaptability to learn new client portfolios quickly as project needs evolve
• Previous background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not essential as complete training is provided
