Retail Assistant

About the role

Interact with customers and help them select products according to their needs. Collect and report customer feedback to the Department Head and Purchasing Team. Provide advice and product recommendations to meet customer requirements. Monitor stock on shelves and notify when replenishment is needed. Participate in product training to enhance knowledge and sales. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Achieve monthly and annual company sales targets.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Experience as a promoter or in sales, preferably in the Hardware industry
• Basic knowledge of hardware products such as household equipment, spare parts, and building materials
• Good communication skills and friendly with customers
• Highly motivated, able to work individually and in teams
