The Responsibilities as a Retail Assistant

• Welcome customers and approach them in a friendly, professional way
• Ask relevant questions to understand individual needs
• Explain products and services clearly and simply
• Build knowledge of products, services and key features
• Make suitable recommendations based on customer requirements
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Maintain professional standards when representing the brand
• Work closely with colleagues to support day-to-day activities
• Contribute towards customer experience and wider commercial objectives
