Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
Pay: $30 per hour for the right candidate (experience considered)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to support our day-to-day store operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working with customers, handling products, and being part of a small, hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and sales
• Provide friendly, professional in-store customer service
• Operate POS systems and process cash/card transactions
• Receive, stock and organise inventory
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Support general retail and counter sales activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling cash and basic computer systems
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Interest in tools or trade products is an advantage
