Retail Assistant

Role Description:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
• Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.
• Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.
• Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Operating the cash register and handling cash or credit card transactions with customers.
• Scanning goods, collect payments, issuing receipt and change or credit card tickets.
• Proper greetings and perform standard customer service towards customers.
• Proper Grooming for all Cashiers and always smile.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Perform sales count before leaving and keep reports of transactions at Cash Office.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be able to speak English and Malay

Working Hour

• 10am to 6pm
• 1 rest day per week.
