FRONT DESK / RETAIL ASSISTANT – CAR DEALERSHIP | BRISBANE

This job is for WOMEN only.

We are seeking a friendly, confident, and professional Front Desk / Retail Assistant to join our busy car dealership team in Northgate, Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, supporting daily dealership operations, and creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

Managing front desk enquiries and customer appointments

Assisting with vehicle sales administration and dealership paperwork

Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly

Supporting the sales team with daily administrative tasks

Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area

Providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, confident, professional, and well-presented

Reliable, organised, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Previous experience in retail, reception, administration, sales, or customer service is highly regarded

Must have valid Australian work rights

Must currently be living in Brisbane

A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are highly regarded

Australian permanent residency/citizenship may be advantageous where relevant to the role

Available to start: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
