Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from entry to checkout
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, especially for technology-related items
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining attractive presentation standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts management
• Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Provide clear communication and phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks such as cashiering, stock replenishment, and customer assistance throughout shifts

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and inventory management tools
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly to customers
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Multilingual skills are considered a strong asset for engaging with a broader customer base
