Retail Assistant

Gastronova Hospitality Group is seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Retail Assistant to support daily store operations at Maison Ladurée. The role is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product presentation, processing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service.
• Maintain proper presentation and display of products.
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
• Handle POS and cash transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper store standards.
• Monitor product availability and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure products are properly handled, stored, and presented.
• Support daily opening and closing store procedures.
• Follow company policies, brand standards, and service guidelines.
• Assist the team in maintaining smooth and efficient store operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related course is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, Food and Beverage, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good attention to detail and product presentation.
• Basic knowledge of POS and cash handling is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.
• Well-groomed and able to uphold Maison Ladurée's premium service standards.
