Retail Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Retail Assistant to join our growing team.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a fun bakery team, we’d love to have you onboard!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers and help them with purchases

• Keep the store tidy, shelves stocked and products well displayed

• Track stock levels and report low stock early

• Communicate with the chef on product availability and daily needs

• Handle the cashier, POS and daily sales records

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail area

• Help with opening and closing the store

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail environment

• Good communication skills and comfortable working with the chef and kitchen team

• Friendly, responsible and a good team player

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
