Retail Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Casual Retail Assistant to help with daily store duties at our service station. The main focus of this role is filling shelves and chillers, organising stock in the storeroom, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented store.

Previous retail experience is essential. The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently, follow instructions, and complete tasks within a short shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Refill shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
• Refill chillers with drinks and other products, keeping them clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Unpack deliveries and move stock from the storeroom to the shop floor.
• Organise the storeroom and keep stock arranged neatly.
• Check product dates and rotate stock using the FIFO method (first in, first out).
• Clean shelves, chillers, and store displays regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store.
• Keep the shop floor and storeroom clean, tidy, and free from obstructions.
• Assist with general store duties as required.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5.0 per week
