Retail Assistant

We are currently looking for individuals to join our Retail Assistant team in London.

This is a customer-facing position involving engaging with customers in retail environments, providing information about products and services, and supporting the sales process.

The role focuses on customer interaction, communication and sales, with training provided from the beginning.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in retail and promotional environments
• Providing clear and accurate information about products and services
• Understanding customer needs and answering questions
• Supporting customers throughout the sales process
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
• Attending regular training and team meetings
• Representing the business professionally

About You

• Well organised with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.

Training & Development

New team members receive initial training covering customer engagement, product knowledge, communication and the sales process.

As you gain experience, there are opportunities to develop additional responsibilities within the team. Individuals who demonstrate consistent performance and strong communication skills may also have the opportunity to progress towards team leadership.

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
