Period: 8 November 2026 – 17 January 2027

Shifts: Various options

Represent the mighty Brisbane Broncos Team in a one off Pop Up.

What you will be doing..

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Retail and Sales Assistants to join this new pop-up shop at Grand Central in Toowoomba. Put your customer service skills + passion for rugby league to use by helping Bronco's supporters find the perfect merch while delivering a great shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing friendly customer service to Bronco's supporters
2. Assisting customers with merchandise enquiries and product selection
3. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and EFTPOS payments
4. Promoting merchandise and supporting sales targets
5. Replenishing stock and maintaining organised product displays
6. Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory management
7. Supporting the daily setup and operations of the pop-up store

Various shifts

• Monday to Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
• Extended trading hours may apply during the festive period

To be successful, you will bring:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Previous experience in customer service or retail (highly regarded)
5. Confidence engaging with customers and driving sales
6. The ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude
7. A passion for the Broncos and connecting with supporters

University students are encouraged to apply! Previous customer service or retail experience will be highly regarded, but if you have a passion for the Broncos and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
