Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers through excellent customer service and efficient cash handling.
• Assist in training, and supervising retail staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
• Performing all duties of a Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
• Coordinate purchasing and ensure optimal inventory levels and timely reordering.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Implement marketing initiatives within the store to promote products and increase foot traffic through effective communication skills.
• Lead by example in supervising cash handling procedures, store cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies.
• Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while coordinating multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of boutique operations.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
