Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling to ensure smooth business flow.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales tracking while maintaining accuracy in cashiering and bookkeeping tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Support operational management including budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and store maintenance to optimize store efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures while fostering a positive team environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry with a strong background in sales team supervision.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, merchandising tools, and operational procedures.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent managerial communication skills and the ability to motivate teams toward shared goals.
• Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, sales analysis, and cash handling procedures.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for retail sales is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across shift management duties and administrative tasks.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
