Retail Assistant Manager

Harvard's Wine and Beverage is looking for a results driven assistant store manager to be responsible for helping manage the overall store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in detailed planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of merchandise from multiple vendors/distributors
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• High School Diploma or BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
