Duties

• Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
• Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and store procedures
• Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost store traffic and sales performance
• Monitor store performance metrics; analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail environments
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases
• Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
• Skilled in recruiting, training & development, and team management to build high-performing teams
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques
• Knowledge of marketing principles, customer service excellence, and retail sales strategies
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, purchasing decisions, phone etiquette, and record keeping with precision
• Strong math skills for inventory control, pricing adjustments, and financial reporting

Pay: $17.60-$25.81 per hour
