Label Shopper is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and has a passion for leading others while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve store goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Help manage employee schedules, daily tasks, and store productivity.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Assist with processing shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
• Operate registers, handle cash transactions, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure company policies are followed.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Help drive sales and create a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical retail duties, including standing, lifting, and moving merchandise.
