Retail Assistants – Giftorium | Myer Perth CBD

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team at the Giftorium within Myer Perth CBD for the busy Christmas trading period.

This is a seasonal opportunity running from 13 October to 1st January 2027, where you will represent the S.Kidman brand and help customers find the perfect gift during the Christmas period.

S.Kidman is an Australian apparel brand inspired by the rugged and authentic spirit of the outback. We specialise in premium apparel and footwear for men, women and children, combining style, durability and authenticity.

Our products are designed for life in the country and include clothing, boots, hats and accessories.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be working within the Giftorium at Myer Perth CBD, helping customers explore and purchase S.Kidman products during one of the busiest times of the retail year.

Your duties will include:

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service
• Assisting customers with product selection
• Helping customers find gifts and S.Kidman products to suit their needs
• Processing sales and handling payments
• Replenishing stock and keeping displays tidy
• Maintaining a clean and organised retail area
• Supporting the team during busy trading periods
• Assisting with general retail duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with customers
• Has a friendly and approachable manner
• Is reliable and well presented
• Can work well as part of a team
• Is comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Takes pride in providing good customer service
• Has previous retail or customer service experience, although this is not essential

Christmas Trading Availability

This is a seasonal Christmas retail position, so availability during the busy trading period is essential.

You will need to be:

• Available to work across all 7 days of trading
• Available to work weekends and public holidays
• Available to work extended trading hours during the Christmas period
• Available from 13 October through to 1st January2027

Christmas Day will be the only planned trading day off.
