Retail Assistant (Pharmacy/Office Hours)

We are looking for a customer-oriented Pharmacy Retail Associate to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy within a healthcare setting. The role involves providing quality customer service to patients while ensuring smooth retail operations and proper inventory management.

Summary:

• Salary: Up to $2800++
• Location: West region
• Working Hours: Weekdays 5.5-day work week (42 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and assist patients with retail pharmacy enquiries.
• Monitor queue flow and assist in reducing patient waiting time.
• Operate cash register and handle daily cash transactions.
• Promote retail products and weekly promotions to customers.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organisation of the retail area and storage spaces.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves when required.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure products are in good saleable condition.
• Perform goods receiving, inter-branch transfers, and inventory checks.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking activities.
• Maintain daily sales records and perform data entry into the inventory system (SAP).
• Assist with documentation, filing, and preparation of reports.
• Support onboarding and guidance of new staff when required.
• Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
