Retail Assistant, Sunway Pyramid

1. Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple retail branches.
2. Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
3. Coordinate and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and in-store events to drive sales performance.
4. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store managers and retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.
5. Monitor store performance, including sales results, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
6. Assist in training and developing retail staff to improve productivity, customer service, and overall performance.
7. Promote a positive, productive, and motivating work environment across all branches.
8. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
9. Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
10. Uphold and enhance customer service standards across all retail branches.
11. Assist in preparing and presenting reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.
12. Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
13. Work closely with the Retail Manager to develop and implement retail strategies and action plans.
14. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of working experience in retail operations, retail supervision, or a related field.
2. Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
3. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Willing to travel within Selangor / Klang Valley, including Setia City Mall (own transport preferred).
6. 5 working days per week; 9 hours (2 rest days on weekdays).
7. Training will be provided.
8. Malaysian only.
