Retail Assistant- Sydney

As a Retail Assistant in our Sydney Myer concession store, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with sales, customer service, and store operations, and be part of a team that values enthusiasm, brand knowledge, and a love for the country lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive store layout.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

About You:

• Previous experience working in a Myer concession or similar retail environment is highly desirable.
• Passion for country lifestyle and products, with a strong affinity for the brand.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to quickly learn and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of  fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, managers, and coworkers.
