niko and... is seeking a passionate and results-driven Retail Associate Advisor to join our pioneer team as we launch our first Malaysian store at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, followed by our second store at Pavilion Bukit Jalil and more. niko and... offers the happiness of creating your own unique style by adding to a multi-brand shop with a wide range of products from apparel to interior goods. Global Work, niko and..., Lowrys Farm, and other brands are part of a casual fashion specialty store chain that operates over 40 brands in Japan and overseas with approximately 1,300 stores worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Carry great shopping experience all the time. Keep the store clean, something new, so every customer feels surprises and discoveries welcome.
• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly smile, approach and confidently share styling tips as a true Niko and.. product expert.
• Follow the company's training plan and actively learn new skills to grow your role. Learn "SOMETHING NEW" and service standards through structured training.
• Take ownership of your assigned product area. Understand its selling points, identify challenges, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Build a positive and respectful workplace by supporting colleagues and collaborating openly to keep a team united and healthy working environment.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, shopfloor support, inventory arrangement, product replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks when required.

About you

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder (Preferred) and above
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience above in relevant retail industry
• Good proficiency in English, and other languages communication is an added advantage
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset and share unexpected surprises and discoveries to enhance brand value
• Positive attitude, willing to take initiative and eager to learn, and ability to work well in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and take initiative in daily tasks.
• Open to Malaysian citizens only

Part-time

·       Position: Part-Time Retail Associate Advisor

·       Basic Rate: RM13/hour

·       Allowance: Staff discounts & other company benefits

·       Working Arrangement: Flexible, based on store requirements

·       Work Schedule: Weekends & Public Holidays may be required

·       Contract: Flexible / On-Call
