Retail Associate Advisor (FT / PT)

About the role

Part-Time Retail Associate Advisor in a retail fashion environment. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain store standards, and support day-to-day operations while developing your retail expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly approach and confidently share styling tips as a product expert
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing so every customer feels welcomed
• Take ownership of your assigned product area, understand its selling points, identify challenges, and suggest improvements
• Assist in day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, shopfloor support, inventory arrangement, product replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Build a positive workplace by supporting colleagues and collaborating openly
• Follow the company's training plan and actively learn new skills to grow your role

About you

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder (Preferred) and above
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant retail industry
• Good proficiency in English; other languages communication is an added advantage
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset
• Positive attitude, willing to take initiative and eager to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Malaysian citizens only
