Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding service to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes or developing new beverage creations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, retail shelves, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving food items and managing catering or banquet setups.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities.
• Support bar management by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage usage.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and craft beer to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
