The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations to achieve sales targets. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, managing merchandise, cashiering and supporting inventory control while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and styling advice to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues appropriately

Sales & Store Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Promote store campaigns, promotions, and new arrivals
• Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain strong product knowledge of brands, materials, and item history (especially for reuse / vintage items)

Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Arrange product displays according to company guidelines
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed

Inventory Management

• Assist with stock receiving and checking
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Support stock organization and storage management

Store Operations

• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Follow company operational procedures and policies
• Support store opening and closing duties

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth store operations
• Participate in product training and operational training
• Support other duties assigned by store management

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

• Malaysian nationality
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of fashion and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Working 5 days per week
• Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
