About the role

As a Retail Associate at the Valiram Group, you will be a key member of our dynamic retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales within our stores. This full-time role is based in Singapore, offering you the opportunity to be part of a leading luxury retail group.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores
• Demonstrating and educating customers on our product range, ensuring they have a positive and memorable shopping experience
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations and outstanding customer engagement
• Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to the highest standards
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Contributing to the overall success of the store through active participation in team meetings and initiatives

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role, preferably within the luxury/ fashion/beauty industry

• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse customer base

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation

• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude

• Working Hours: 44 Hours' Work Week - 5 Days' Work Week (including weekends and public holidays)
