Retail Associate

JOB BRIEF

• The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations by accurately processing sales transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment, and supports customer registration initiatives on Vivre Lifestyle Boutique webstore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Vivre Lifestyle Retail brand experience.
• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, promotions, merchant information, vouchers, and sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail and cashier area while following company standards for professionalism and grooming.
• Accurately process cash, card, QR/Gcash, and other approved payments using the POS system; issue receipts and record transactions properly.
• Assist with daily cashier opening/closing procedures, cash balancing, sales reconciliation, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with merchants and escalate customer, POS, payment, or operational concerns while safeguarding cash, payment devices, and customer information.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or at least two (2) years of college education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
