Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work on a contract basis. The position involves on‑site work for a well‑known furniture retailer. This role is focused on delivering in‑store customer assistance and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers in the store, answering product questions and guiding purchase decisions.

• Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process transactions accurately.

• Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.

• Support inventory management by receiving stock and restocking shelves as needed.

• Uphold store policies and safety standards during all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

• Experience handling cash and operating POS equipment.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining product displays and inventory.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
