Retail Associate

Enjoy a busy shop floor, great customer service and working with a team that knows how to keep things moving? We’re hiring a Retail Associate in Manchester and looking for someone upbeat, hands-on and ready to get involved.

This is a varied role covering customer support, tills, stock and displays. Full training is provided, with base pay plus bonus incentives and immediate starts available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and offer friendly, helpful service
• Ask questions to understand what they are looking for
• Explain products, prices and current promotions
• Make suitable recommendations
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately
• Replenish products and keep shelves well stocked
• Unpack, organise and label new deliveries
• Support promotional and visual displays
• Keep the shop floor tidy, organised and inviting
• Work with the wider team during busy periods
