Retail Associate

Overview:

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
• Provide information about products, explain features, and demonstrate the use of products
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Meet or exceed sales goals through product promotion and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in technical sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is advantageous
