We’re Hiring: Retail Associates

Are you friendly, energetic, and enjoy interacting with customers?

We are looking for Retail Associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in retail, sales, customer service, and store operations.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior retail experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales performance.
• Assist in implementing sales promotions, strategies, and activities.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on products and promotions.
• Ensure products, stocks, fixtures, and store areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and general store operations.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to store guidelines.
• Work closely with team members and managers to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no retail experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, F&B, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
