We specialize in buying and selling a wide range of trading card games (TCGs) such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and sports cards including NFL, NBA, and MLB. Our shop caters to competitive players, collectors, and gift-seekers alike. We also offer appraisal services for trading card collections, with options for store credit or cash. Visitors can join us for trade nights, game nights, or simply enjoy a great atmosphere and live sports events on our big screen TVs.

Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westport, CT, for a Retail Associate role. A Retail Associate will contribute to a smoothly functioning sales operation by assisting customers, running cash registers, stocking product displays, maintaining a clean sales space, executing opening and closing responsibilities, and any general needs across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean retail space
• Replenish stock as needed
• Run the POS cash register
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and address inquiries or concerns.
• Customer service excellence with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering) and sports cards is preferred, a passion for collecting is a must.
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and wireless sales platforms is a plus.
• Sound organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
