RETAIL ASSOCIATE

A retail associate is a customer-facing employee in a store who provides excellent customer service, promotes and sells products, manages inventory, processes transactions, and maintains a tidy sales environment. Their primary goal is to ensure a positive shopping experience, meet sales targets, and uphold the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities

Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

• Operate cash registers and card terminals to process customer payments accurately.

Sales and Promotion:

• Actively present and sell products, inspire customer loyalty, and exceed sales goals.

Merchandising:

• Ensure products are displayed attractively, shelves are stocked and tidy, and items are correctly priced.

Product Knowledge:

• Continuously learn about products and services to become a knowledgeable company representative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
