Retail Associate

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Retail Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, provide product information, and help create a positive shopping experience while supporting overall sales goals. • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Help customers locate products and answer questions about available items
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs
• Support sales goals through excellent customer engagement and service
• Process transactions and assist customers during the checkout process when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well maintained
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Full-time availability preferred
• Previous retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with their needs
• High school diploma or GED preferred
