Retail Associate Team Lead

Team Lead (Part-Time) – Swedish Moose Candy Co.

Pay: $15 - $18/hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Love candy, love people, and love being the one who keeps things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Part-Time Team Lead to help run Utah’s favorite pick-and-mix candy shop. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership: you’ll place the orders, train the team, and help shape how the store runs.

What You’ll Do

• Own weekly candy ordering: place orders, receive and check in deliveries, and keep our candy wall stocked, organized, and looking amazing
• Work regular shifts on the floor, giving customers a fun, welcoming experience
• Manage the team schedule so every shift is covered
• Help hire and train new team members, and support the growth of current ones
• Be the go-to person for candy attendants with questions about procedures, products, or daily tasks
• Create and maintain checklists, schedules, and supplies for your store
• Keep the team environment positive, efficient, and fun while upholding store standards

Schedule

• Part-time, with regular scheduled shifts
• Availability to cover call-outs and step in when the team needs you

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management or supervisory experience (3+ years preferred)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
