Retail Associate/Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional world-class customer service to customers via calls and inperson

• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and upselling opportunities

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Retail associate assists in shipping, mail sorting, printing service,fax, processing, and packaging items for customers.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues, and work respectfully and effectively.

• operate all equipment, making copies, binding papers, laminations, sending faxes and computer software.

• able to lift up the package 50lb and weekend is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
