Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing daily bakery operations within the Food & Beverage department.
• Guiding and supervising a team of bakers and clerks to ensure product quality, merchandising, and guest service.
• Scheduling, training team members, and monitoring production.
• Managing inventory, placing orders, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

• Collaborating on promotions and enhancing the shopping experience.
