What they need
Our client, one of the well-established banks in Hong Kong, is now seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of General Banking Officer in their retail banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Retail Banking financial products to customers, in particularly Life Ins,P Loan, HML, and Accounts & CRC.
- Maintain good relationship with both existing and new client
- Handle enquiries as well as ad-hoc duties assigned
- Responsible for handling daily administration and customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in banking or finance industry
- Related qualifications under IIQE for selling insurance products is a must
- Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent selling, relationship building and interpersonal skill
