About the Role

We're expanding our Oklahoma City team and are seeking customer-focused individuals to represent our clients and support customer acquisition efforts inside retail partner locations.

As a Retail Brand Representative, you'll interact directly with customers, introduce them to available products and services, answer questions, and communicate current promotions. This is a paid, in person position performed inside an assigned retail partner location.

Previous sales or marketing experience is not required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your customer service, communication, and sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Support customer acquisition and established performance goals
• Represent clients and partner brands professionally
• Follow company and retail partner policies and procedures
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Training & Development

Paid training is provided for employees who are selected for the position. Training focuses on customer communication, product knowledge, marketing practices, and company procedures.

Employees who demonstrate consistent performance and leadership skills may be considered for additional responsibilities or advancement opportunities when positions become available. Advancement is based on performance, qualifications, business needs, and available positions and is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Comfortable communicating with customers in person
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Willing to learn and receive coaching
• Comfortable working in a retail environment

Previous retail, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Pay: $500–$1,000 per week, consisting of hourly/base compensation plus performance based commissions

Work Environment

This is an in person position located inside our retail partner locations in Oklahoma City. The role involves regular face to face interaction with customers and standing or moving throughout the retail environment as needed.
