Job Overview

Asan authorized AT&T dealer, we strive to find simple, cost-beneficial solutions to fulfill the expectations of our client's customers. We help bridge the gap between client and customer through face-to-face sales, support, and account management in a variety of retail locations. The Retail Brand Representative will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, meeting regularly with management, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to customers.

Responsibilities

●Participate in team-building exercises

●Networking and communication with other team members and marketing leaders

●Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions

●Speak face to face with customers

●Demonstrate product features clearly, handle sales objections professionally, and close sales effectively

●Maintain thorough knowledge of retail store products to deliver accurate information and enhance customer experience

Requirements

●Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

●Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

●Solid communication and interpersonal skills

●A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus improve through

collaboration.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
