Retail Business Data & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

1. Support new service projects by conducting project analysis and feasibility studies, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and financial return assessments, to support investment decisions and business planning for Big C’s retail business.
2. Collect and manage revenue, transaction volume, and service location data across EV Charging, VM Rental, Parcel & Drop Off, Insurance, and VOA businesses.
3. Analyze and monitor business growth and decline, and provide possible solutions and new approaches to increase productivity and retail service income, customer traffic, and customer loyalty.
4. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by coordinating with business teams, branches, partners, and Finance.
5. Prepare monthly performance reports, comparing actual results against targets and previous periods.
6. Analyze revenue trends, branch performance, and key business drivers, and recommend improvement opportunities.
7. Support revenue forecasting, business planning, and data analysis for management decision-making.
8. Prepare charts, dashboards, and executive summaries for management and Board meetings.
9. Improve reporting formats and data management processes to reduce repetitive work and increase operational efficiency.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, dashboard development, performance reporting, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prepare business cases, and deliver presentations.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
