• Salary range: Competitive market rate approximately $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Processing large meat cuts and carcasses into retail-ready portions.
• Presenting and packaging meat products hygienically and attractively.
• Supporting inventory management, cleaning tasks, and equipment upkeep.
• Working closely with team members across other food departments.
• Providing customer service assistance when needed.
