Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Buyer to manage product sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing activities, and inventory planning. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, negotiate with suppliers, and select products that meet customer demand while supporting the company's sales and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Identify suitable products and suppliers based on market demand and business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, purchasing terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage purchase orders, stock availability, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and logistics teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in retail buying, purchasing, or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills and commercial awareness.
