The role involves processing purchases accurately, assisting shoppers with general product questions, maintaining an organized checkout area, and supporting the sales floor as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process purchases and payments accurately
• Assist customers with general product and store-related questions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Help keep merchandise displays and sales-floor areas neat and presentable
• Restock merchandise, bags, and store supplies as needed
• Assist customers with basic sales-floor and product needs
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day
• Follow store procedures for transactions and customer service
• Support opening, closing, and other daily store duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, retail, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a busy customer-focused retail environment
• Good attention to detail when handling transactions
